Troubleshooting Tips

battery not turning on?

  • Make sure you are pressing the button on the battery 5 times within 2 seconds to turn it on.

battery not charging?

  • Have you been using an ooze brand charger only to charge the battery? If not, please try using
    an ooze charger and a wall outlet to charge the battery.

 

  • Is the connection clean on the battery and the charger? If not, please clean the battery and the
    charger connections with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Make sure the battery is turned off
    before doing so and dry before turning it back on.

 

  • Is the charger light coming on? If not, you are having a charger malfunction issue and we can
    send you a new one please send a photo of your charger and a shipping address where the new
    one can be sent.

battery flashing strange colors?

  • If the battery is flashing green 5 times the battery is having a connection issue, please clean the
    battery connection and your attachments connection with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Make
    sure the battery is turned off before doing so and dry before turning it back on.

 

  • If the battery flashing green 10-15 times it needs to be charged, please place the battery on an
    ooze brand charger and charger the battery for a full two hours or until the charger light turns
    from red to green showing it is fully charged.

 

  • If the battery is flashing red green and white this means there is a connection issue please clean
    the battery connection and your attachments connection with a q-tip and rubbing alcohol. Make
    sure the battery is turned off before doing so and dry before turning it back on.

 

  • Is the battery flashing red and white? If so, please send the battery in for an exchange by
    following the exchange instructions below.

Exchange Policy

We can do an exchange if you would like, start by filling out the UPS prepaid shipping label. Please fill everything out, if you do not have an order number please use the words “customer service” in that spot as your order number. Please print the label and use it to send back the broken item. As soon as we get it back to the warehouse, we will let you know.

For any unused and undamaged Ooze product that was purchased from the Ooze Life website, simply return the merchandise and proof of purchase at your own expense via traceable mail. Once we receive your items and they pass inspection, we’ll issue your refund (minus shipping and handling).
