At Ooze, we want to make sure you get the most out of your vaporizer and its accessories, so if you’re not sure of something, have a look here. This page will help you find a solution to common vape pen concerns and inquiries.

Ooze offers a Lifetime Warranty on our pen battery products. Ooze offers a 1 year warranty on all other battery products from the date of purchase. Batteries within 60 days of purchase are fully covered and include free shipping. All replacements require proof of purchase that can be in the form of a receipt, a bank statement, or an online order number from oozelife.com within 60 days of purchase. If you have had the battery for more than 60 days from the time of purchase your battery would still be under warranty but you will be charged a $5.95 shipping fee.

Are Ooze Batteries rechargeable?

Yes, Ooze Batteries are rechargeable batteries. You cannot open the pen to change the battery.

How do I turn my battery on/off?

Press the button 5 times fast within 2 seconds, no pausing in between clicks.  When the battery is turned on, holding down the button will illuminate a light and power the atomizer.  When the battery is turned off, holding down the button will not illuminate a light.

When a battery is dead, it will flash green 10-15 times. When the battery is having a connection issue the battery will blink green 4-5 times. 

What do the solid green, white, and red lights on my pen mean?

These colors indicate the charge.  Green = Full Charge, White = 50%, Red = Needs Charge


What is preheat mode, and how do I activate preheat mode?

Preheat mode powers the atomizer without holding down the button. When the battery is on, press the button 2 times fast to turn on 15 second preheat.


How do I change the voltage on my Click Adjustable Voltage pen?

When the battery is on, press the button 3 times fast to change the voltage.

Green = Low 3.6V, Blue = Medium 3.9V, Yellow = High 4.2V


What does it mean if my battery is blinking red?

The battery is either dead or not getting charged. Check if you are using an Ooze charger.  Check the other battery on charger if it is available to help determine the cause of the battery not gaining a charge. The charger will show a red light if the battery is charging and a green light if it is fully charged.


The charger light stays green but the battery doesn’t charge.

This is a sign of the charger not working.


What does it mean if my battery is blinking red, green, and white?

This is usually a connection problem. Sometimes a small amount of debris can cause a connection issue and the pen reach its maximum capability. We recommend that you try cleaning in between the battery and atomizer with a Q-tip or cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol, and wipe the parts after with a paper towel. It is also possible that the connection between the battery and charger may have some debris. We recommend making sure it is just as clean, so the battery can receive a full charge.


My coils are not heating up.

To determine whether the coils are the issue, we recommend testing additional coils included in your kit. All the kits provide additional coils. If the battery is working properly there may be a connection issue. If this is the issue, we recommend cleaning in between the battery and atomizer at the top of the battery and underneath the atomizer with a Q-tip or cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol, and wipe the parts after with a paper towel.


How do I clean my pen?

Separate the mouthpiece from the heating chamber. Use a Q-tip or cotton swab dipped in isopropyl alcohol to clean the inside and around the rim of the heating chamber. Also, make sure to clean the mouthpiece until all the residue is removed from the heating chamber. Be careful not to put too much pressure on the coil, as it is sensitive and can be damaged this way. Separate any oil attachments from the heating chamber that may be on your vaporizer pen. Heating the chamber before cleaning can help loosen residue and make it easier to clean.


How do I clean my Drought Vaporizer Kit?

Separate the heating chamber and empty contents out. Use the cleaning brush to remove particles on the heating chamber and screen. Use running water to clean the mouthpiece.


How often should I clean my pen?

This is dependent on usage, but proper cleaning of the pen adds to the life and efficiency of your pen.


Can I use my Ooze atomizer with other batteries?

Yes, any battery that has a 510 thread.


How long does it take to charge the battery?

Approximately 1-2 hours. Plugging the charger into a wall unit allows for fastest charging.


How often do coils need to be replaced?

This varies depending on usage.


Will my packaging be discreet?

Ooze offers a Lifetime Warranty on the life of the batteries of our products. Batteries within 60 days of purchase are fully covered and include free shipping. If you have had the battery for more than 60 days from time of purchase your battery would still be under warranty but you will be charged $5.95 shipping fee.

Warranty DOES NOT apply to Ooze batteries at fault from use of NON Ooze CHARGER or if there is physical damage done to the battery. If for any reason your battery stops working please contact us directly at support@oozelife.com or open a claim by emailing support@oozelife.com with your order number, or shipping address, full name and description of issue. All requests will receive a response within two business days at the latest.

How long will it take to receive online order?

All orders are shipped the next business day via USPS. Shipping takes 3-5 business days domestically for regular mail ($4.99), and 1-3 business days for priority mail ($24.95). International shipments take 1-2 weeks for delivery depending on customs in your country.

What is our refund policy?

At Ooze, our goal is to provide you with the quality vaporizer pens and accessories that you deserve. If your product doesn’t live up to these expectations, we want to know. If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to offer a 30-day money back guarantee.

For any unused and undamaged Ooze product that was purchased from the Ooze Life website, simply return the merchandise and proof of purchase at your own expense via traceable mail. Once we receive your items and they pass inspection, we’ll issue your refund (minus shipping and handling).
