    Please return your damaged BATTERY ONLY to Ooze to receive your replacement code.

    Below are instructions to send your Ooze battery back to us. Once we receive the battery you will receive an email containing a unique code. The unique code can be used at checkout to receive a replacement battery through our oozelife.com website.  

    • Click Here  to get a FREE return shipping label from UPS.  Make sure to tell us you're not a robot!
    • Please fill everything out. In the RMA/Sales order number field, use the words "Warranty Exchange" as your order number.  
    • Print the label and use it to send back the broken item. You will need to provide your own packaging to ship the battery. UPS and USPS stores may supply free shipping supplies at participating locations.  
    • When we receive your package, we will issue a unique code for you to use within 72 hours. You will be able to make the replacement order with the unique code at checkout. 

    When sending in your battery there are a couple of things to remember:

    • We only need the pen/battery to issue a replacement. If you need a USB charger you can send it in with the battery. 
    • Sending any cannabis through the mail is illegal. Please do not send cartridges with product inside or as a gift.
