How To Make Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil 

When we make any weed desserts, coconut oil is our favorite option for cannabis infusion. It's way more effective than using regular butter and has tons of health benefits. Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of ground cannabis nugs (approximately 7-10 grams)
  • 1 cup of coconut oil

1. Grind your nugs gently. The grounds shouldn’t be too fine because you’ll want to strain it out of the final product.

2. Heat the coconut oil and cannabis together in your double boiler on low or warm for about 6 hours. Its super important to keep the temperature below 245F. If it gets any higher you run the risk of scorching your bud instead of starting the decarboxylation process.  

3. Strain all the ground nugs out of your coconut oil and enjoy!

Easy Cannabis-Infused Valentine's Day Recipes  

Nothing quite says stoner Valentine's Day quite like Weed Chocolate-Covered Strawberries. If fruit isn't your jam, we are also showing you how to make Molten Lava Cannabis Cake and THC Red Velvet Cake Pops.

Ingredients:  

  • 1 Pounds of Strawberries  
  • 1 Cups of Chocolate Chips 
  • 1/2 Cup of White Chocolate Chips 
  • Red Food Coloring 
  • 1 tbsp. of Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil  

Materials:  

  • Double Boiler or Pot and a Glass Bowl  
  • Parchment Paper or Foil
  • Spoon for decorating
  • Serving Dish 

Directions  

  1. Set up foil and strawberries so they are ready to be dipped.
  2. Set up the double boiler and bring the water to a simmer over medium heat.  
  3. Add in your milk chocolate and cannabis-infused coconut oil.
  4. Heat together for about 5 minutes stirring consistently.
  5. Melt white chocolate using this method, add in food color, and set aside.
  6. Grab a strawberry by its hull and dip in the cannabis chocolate about 2/3 of the way.  
  7. Gentle place each strawberry onto the parchment paper and repeat the process until you are out of strawberries.  
  8. Allow them to cool for at least 30 minutes, drizzle with pink white chocolate before serving, and enjoy!  

Ingredients:  

  • 8 ounces bittersweet or semi-sweet chocolate chunks  
  • 4 tablespoons cannabis-infused coconut oil  
  • 8 tablespoons regular coconut oil/ or butter  
  • 3 large eggs  
  • 3 egg yolks  
  • 1/3 cup granulated sugar  
  • 6 tablespoons all-purpose flour  
  • Whipped cream for topping  
  • Raspberries for garnish  

Materials:  

  • Double Boiler  
  • Ramekin  
  • Baking Sheet  
  • Electric Mixer/Whisk  

Directions  

  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees and add butter or non-stick spray to your 6 Ramekins then set aside on a baking sheet.  
  2. Set up the double boiler and bring the water to a simmer over medium heat.
  3. Add in 6 oz of chocolate, regular coconut oil, and cannabis-infused coconut oil.
  4. Heat together for about 5 minutes stirring consistently and set aside to cool slightly.
  5. Use an electric mixer or whisk to beat together the eggs, egg yolks, and sugar until thick.  
  6. Slowly mix in flour then add in the cannabis chocolate mixture. Increase speed to medium and beat until mixture is smooth and glossy, about another minute.  
  7. Divide half the batter between the 6 prepared ramekins. Sprinkle remaining chocolate chunks over batter and cover with more batter.  
  8. Bake for 10 minutes or until it just sets and the center is still jiggly!  
  9. Garnish with whipped cream, raspberries, and enjoy.  

Ingredients:

  • Red Velvet Cake Mix  
  • 1 Cup of Cream Cheese  
  • 2 Cups of Chocolate Chips  
  • 1 ½ tbsp of Cannabis-Infused Coconut Oil  
  • Candy Hearts for garnish (optional)  

Materials:  

  • Cake Pan  
  • Double Boiler  
  • Electric Mixer/Whisk  
  • Parchment Paper  
  • Cake Pop Sticks  

Directions:  

  1. Make cake mix according to the directions on the package and crumble.  
  2. Add softened cream cheese and cake crumbs into a bowl and whisk until doughy.
  3. Roll cake mixture into balls, carefully insert sticks and set aside on parchment paper.  
  4. Set up your double boiler and bring the water to a simmer over medium heat.  
  5. Add in your chocolate and cannabis-infused coconut oil.
  6. Heat together for about 5 minutes stirring consistently.  
  7. Carefully dip each cake pop into the chocolate and coat.
  8. Allow cake pops to cool for about 30 minutes and enjoy!
