    At Ooze, we back up every device we create with a warranty. We’re proud to stand by our products with an industry-leading guarantee that lives up to our standards of providing our customers with the quality products they expect and deserve.

     

    Having issues with your Ooze device? You’re in luck! We offer a warranty on all our battery-operated devices. The Ooze Warranty Program does not apply to any of our products that do not include a battery component. This includes our silicone-glass collection, glass pieces, rolling trays, device attachments, and silicone accessories. 


    We have two different warranty options, and which warranty applies to you depends on which device you have. You can find the breakdown of everything that is and is not covered under the Ooze Warranty Program here!


    File a Claim to Redeem Your Device’s Warranty 

    Please fill out the form below and your claim will be evaluated by an Ooze support team member within 72 business hours of receiving your form. You will receive a confirmation email once the claim has been submitted and received by our system. You will then receive a second email either approving your claim, denying your claim, or requesting more information. 

     

    Some claims will require a return before receiving a replacement device. If this applies to your claim, we will email you a link for a FREE prepaid shipping label. Once Ooze receives your device, our team will evaluate your claim to determine if the item is covered by the applicable warranty. This process typically takes 7-10 business days. Ooze is not liable for items that are damaged or lost in transit to our office. Prepaid labels are only provided to customers in the lower 48 states. 

     

    If Ooze determines that the device is covered by the warranty, a coupon code will be emailed to you. This code will allow you to order your FREE replacement device directly from Oozelife.com.  

    *A shipping fee of $4.95 will be charged at checkout for customers in the lower 48 states. HI, AK, and international customers may see higher shipping costs. 


    Is this a recent purchase from Oozelife.com? 

    For a battery purchase on oozelife.com within 30 days from the delivery date, please send an email to support@oozelife.com right away. In your email, explain the issue that your battery is having, and be sure to include the order number of your purchase. Once we verify your information in our system, we can issue a replacement right away and send you a prepaid shipping label to send the non-working battery back to us.
