We offer a warranty on most electronic devices. We have two different warranty options, depending on which device you have. You can find the breakdown of the Ooze Warranty Program here!
*The Ooze Warranty Program does not apply to any of our products that do not include a battery component.
File a Claim to Redeem Your Device’s Warranty
Please fill out the form below and your claim will be evaluated by Ooze support. You will receive a confirmation email once the claim has been submitted.
After it's reviewed, you'll get another email about your next steps. A return may be required before receiving a replacement device. If Ooze determines that the device is covered by the warranty, a coupon code will be emailed to you. This code will allow you to order your FREE replacement device directly from Oozelife.com.
*A shipping fee will be charged at checkout for customers in the lower 48 states. HI, AK, and international customers may see higher shipping costs.

For a battery purchase on oozelife.com within 30 days from the delivery date, please send an email to support@oozelife.com right away for your next steps. In your email, explain the issue that your battery is having, and be sure to include the order number of your purchase.
