Your Verge includes 5 replacement screens. To replace the screen, use the scoop end of the tamper tool included with your Verge. Push back the silicone cover and pop the screen out. Discard and replace with a new one, you may need to wiggle it around a bit to get it situated.
You can clean your mouthpiece screen by soaking it in ispropyl alcohol, or simply get another replacement 5-pack.
